System Requirements

The system requirements to run Byki on your computer are outlined below. All languages require at least the minimum requirements described for each platform. Certain languages have additional requirements. These are described under Special Requirements By Language.

Windows

Basic Requirements: Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista or higher with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 3.6 or higher.

Macintosh

Basic Requirements: Mac OS X version 10.4 through 10.7 with Safari 5 or higher, latest stable build of Firefox.

Note: Mac 10.7 has some known issues but can be used. If an issue occurs please contact Technical Support for assistance.

Languages NOT supported on Mac: Bengali.
